  With a shortage of premium applicants to the teaching profession, the COI tasked us with creating a simple, effective campaign to distinguish qualified applications. Playing on the dreaded red biro of the teacher, we were able to communicate the difference between the two applicant streams. Every single reply to this campaign met the selection criteria. 10/10.
