| Working from a small budget, we needed a big idea to launch TXTel - a service that gets rid of endless hours on hold, by calling you back within six minutes. Having found that Vivaldi's Four Seasons was the most used piece of hold music, we set about inviting potential customers to come and meet the man who had cost them the most amount of customers. Then, on the day of the Call Centre Expo, we set our real life Vivaldi loose in the exhibition hall. The stunt worked, creating widespread attention and generating over 80 leads and three sign-ups on the day. The stunt was shortlisted in the Best Small Business Campaign at the B2B Awards. | ||||
